Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Eosord, recruitment software operated by Erika Labs (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By creating an account, connecting an integration, or otherwise using Eosord, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Our Privacy Policy at https://eosord.com/privacy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of your agreement with us.

Eosord is intended for recruiters, hiring teams, and organisations using the platform for lawful recruitment purposes.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Eosord complies with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for users you invite to your organisation workspace.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or misuse the platform.

Eosord provides tools to publish jobs, manage applicants, communicate with candidates, and—where enabled—schedule interviews.
Features may change during beta. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
AI-assisted features provide suggestions only; recruiters remain responsible for hiring decisions and communications sent through the platform.

Connecting Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook is optional. You authorise Eosord to access your connected calendar only as described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to connect the calendar account you use and to schedule interviews on behalf of your organisation.
You may disconnect an integration at any time in Eosord. Disconnecting stops future calendar access through Eosord but does not remove events already created on your calendar.
Eosord is not affiliated with Google or Microsoft. Your use of their services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Recruiters are data controllers for applicant information they collect through Eosord and must have a lawful basis to process candidate data.
Do not upload unlawful, misleading, or discriminatory job content or use Eosord to harass candidates or scrape data for unrelated purposes.
Do not attempt to reverse engineer, overload, or circumvent security or access controls.

Candidates who apply through Eosord submit information to the recruiting organisation posting the job.
Application forms and hiring decisions are the responsibility of the recruiter or organisation, not Erika Labs.

Eosord, its branding, software, and documentation are owned by Erika Labs or its licensors.
You retain ownership of content you submit (jobs, notes, organisation data). You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content to operate the service.

Pricing, if any, will be communicated separately. During beta, features or pricing may change with notice where reasonably practicable.

Eosord is provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that interview scheduling, calendar sync, or AI outputs will always be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erika Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Eosord.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

You agree to indemnify Erika Labs against claims arising from your misuse of Eosord, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights, except where caused by our negligence or wilful misconduct.

You may stop using Eosord at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons.
Sections that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits, intellectual property, and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
Continued use of Eosord after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence where applicable.
